Tell the story behind your music
For RedNote, we focus on the story behind a rehearsal photo, a lyric, or an upcoming release. We use your existing photos and footage to write Chinese captions that sound like you. That might mean adding context or a question for listeners. You review and approve each post before it goes live.
What's included
We're planning to offer Artist Care at $149 USD for 30 days of support for one artist on both RedNote and Douyin. You'll pay once, with no auto-renewal. We'll agree on a start date once your content and account access are ready.
- Three photo or text posts and three short videos, made from your existing material. One round of revisions per post or video.
- Each of those six pieces adapted for both platforms, for up to 12 posts in total.
- Account management, setup help where available, and two scheduled check-ins a week across both accounts to respond to comments and messages.
- One report in English covering the available performance data, key fan feedback, partnership inquiries, and recommended next steps.
What to send us
Send your artist bio, release dates, photos, artwork, and video clips, along with any guidance on your voice and style. For each photo or text post, include up to 100 words of English copy and five images. Videos should be no longer than 60 seconds. We'll confirm the account access we need and who on your team will approve drafts. You must have permission to use the music and visuals you send. Filming, music distribution, ad spend, and deal negotiations aren't included.

Common questions
Do I need an existing RedNote account?
Not necessarily. We'll first check which setup options are available to you. Account registration and verification depend on RedNote's requirements and approval, so we can't guarantee either. We'll confirm what is possible before agreeing on a start date.
Who owns the account and approves posts?
Your account and original content stay yours. We use the access you authorize, send drafts for approval, and publish on a schedule we agree with you. You need permission to use any music, photos, and footage you provide.
Can I order a single post or video?
Yes. The planned prices are $22 USD for a photo or text post and $28 USD for a video up to 60 seconds. Each includes one round of revisions. We send you the finished files to publish yourself; account management and posting aren't included.
How do I get started?
Email info@yaohq.com with links to your music and your release plans. We'll talk through what you need and whether we can help. Online checkout is coming soon, and pricing is still being finalized. We can't guarantee follower growth, reach, or revenue.
