Make the most of your footage
Start with a performance, a rehearsal clip, or a short message to fans. We help shape the opening, trim the clip where needed, and add Chinese subtitles and a caption. The goal is to make the moment clear to a new audience while keeping your sound and style. You approve the final version before we schedule it.
One plan for both platforms
We're planning to offer Artist Care at $149 USD for 30 days of support for one artist on both Douyin and RedNote. You'll pay once, with no auto-renewal. We'll agree on a start date once your content and account access are ready.
- Three short videos and three photo or text posts, made from your existing material. One round of revisions per post or video.
- Each of those six pieces adapted for both platforms, for up to 12 posts in total.
- Account management, setup help where available, and two scheduled check-ins a week across both accounts to respond to comments and messages.
- One report in English covering the available performance data, key fan feedback, partnership inquiries, and recommended next steps.
What to send us
Send a video no longer than 60 seconds, along with the song title, any relevant lyrics or transcript, release dates, and credits. For each photo or text post, include up to 100 words of English copy and five images. Tell us about any edits, wording, or visuals you'd like us to avoid. You must have permission to use the music and footage you send. Filming, complex motion graphics, music production, paid ads, and music distribution aren't included.
How we adapt a caption
For Douyin, we would keep the caption short and let the performance do the talking.

Common questions
What if I already have a TikTok account?
We review your Douyin setup separately, even if you already use TikTok. If you need a new account, we'll check the available options first. Registration and verification depend on the platform's requirements and approval.
Can I approve the Chinese version before it goes live?
Yes. You review the Chinese copy and edited video before we post them. Your account and original content stay yours. Each post or video includes one round of revisions. If you'd like to change the concept or replace the original footage, we'll discuss any extra work with you first.
Can I order a single video without account management?
Yes. The planned price is $28 USD for a video you provide, up to 60 seconds. That includes Chinese subtitles, a caption, light editing, and one round of revisions. You'll get the finished files to publish yourself. Posting isn't included.
Can you help with an upcoming release?
Email info@yaohq.com with links to your music, your release date, and a brief description of the footage you have. We'll talk through the work and timing with you. Online checkout is coming soon. We can't guarantee views, follower growth, partnerships, or revenue.
