Do I need RedNote or Douyin accounts already?
Not necessarily. We'll check which setup options are available to you. Each platform sets its own registration and verification requirements. We'll agree on a start date once your content and account access are ready.
Who owns the accounts and content?
Your accounts and original content stay yours. We use only the access you authorize. You must have permission to use any music, images, or videos you send us.
What counts as one piece of content?
One piece means one photo or text post, or one video you provide. Artist Care includes three of each. We adapt those six pieces for RedNote and Douyin, for up to 12 published posts in total.
Will I be charged automatically each month?
No. Artist Care is a one-time payment for 30 days, starting on a date we agree on. You decide whether to renew after that.
What's included in a video edit?
We take one video you provide, up to 60 seconds, and add Chinese subtitles, write the caption, and make light edits. One round of revisions is included. Filming, complex motion graphics, and music production would need a separate agreement.
Do you book shows or negotiate brand deals?
Artist Care includes passing along relevant inquiries from your accounts. Negotiations, bookings, event production, and rights management would need a separate agreement.
What does the report cover?
What we published, the platform stats we can access, notable fan feedback, and suggested next steps. We'll flag missing data and any account issues. We can't promise a specific number of views, followers, or sales.
How do I get in touch?
